Fee Schedules
RESEARCH SERVICES FEE SCHEDULE
Research projects are accepted on a case by case basis. Payment is remitted in advance of research services. Request a Research Consultation
- A basic research project requires an €800 retainer and includes 10 hours of research and analysis.
- In the event the document is located prior to the exhaustion of the retainer, a prorated amount, equal to €100 per hour, will be charged and the remainder refunded to you.
- Basic Research rates thereafter: €75 per hour.
PACKAGE SERVICES FEE SCHEDULE
Package services are only accepted on a case by case basis. To qualify for this service you must be able to provide required family data, which includes the names, places, dates of birth, marriage and death, for each family member in your line of inheritance. If you are unable to do so we recommend you begin your journey by utilizing our Research Services.
Fees are based on each person's individual circumstance and includes assistance in obtaining all required documentation for Italian citizenship. The following pricing for our services is provided as a guideline. Pricing shown below is based on a single individual with no children.

Fees do not include the correction of errors and or discrepancies with US documents or Italian vital records.
Research is not included as a part of our package service. If you require research a separate quote will be provided for you.
WE RELY ON THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
If we are unable to locate a particular document, you will be provided a letter from the commune, city or government agency, stating that after a thorough search there was no record found for the name, dates and/or location submitted.
Each additional search will incur a fee of €150 Euro, per search, which is payable at the time the fee is incurred.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Additional fees may apply depending on your individual situation. You will be provided with exact pricing, reflective of your category and personal situation, at the time of your consultation.
- Research is not included as a part of our package service. If you require research a separate quote will be provided for you.
- For each additional family member, such as a wife or child under 18 years old, sibling, or other family member, you can anticipate an additional €300, per person, which includes the document, apostille and certified translation into Italian.
- Additional fees for divorces, deaths, marriages, legal name changes and like documents, are charged €300 per document/event, which includes the document, apostille and certified translation into Italian.
- Our fees include all necessary translations into Italian and apostilles where required by your consulate of jurisdiction.
- City of Rome: Certificates from the City of Rome require an additional fee of €100 per document since we must travel to Rome twice to obtain the document.
- Translations of NYC Marriage Certificates require an additional fee of €100 since these certificates are multiple legal pages.
- €50 file development fee: Initial processing and administrative fees to establish your file. This one time fee includes legal fees associated with initial authorizations required to procure required documentation.

For those individuals who are not interested in our Package Services, and need a specific piece of the puzzle, we offer the following À la Carte services:
- Additional Records Search Fee: €150 per search
- Naturalization Service: €200
- Italian Vital Records: €125
- City of Rome: Certificates from the City of Rome require an additional fee of €100 per document.

- Italian Translations of NYC Marriage Certificates: €100

POLICY
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of your consultation.
- Payment is remitted in advance of all services.
- Additional fees are invoiced and payable as the fees are incurred.
- Additional fees will not be incurred without your prior approval.
- Fees are non-refundable.
- Fees are subject to change without further notice.
